Collections and Setlists, some confusion

Can Albums do the same as Setlists?
Setlists have an option where you can select a piece from the Setlist and it will open to that and also open the rest of the contents of that Setlist. 
When I had my books imported as under Setlists I liked this feature. Albums doesn't seem to offer the same option.

Not to worry if it doesn't, I'll live.
