I'm repeating and consolidating this issue because it happens every 4th time I need to write. Should I post this as a new topic?
The Apple Pencil is recognized as a touch/hold instead of a drawing pen. It zooms the page instead of entering annotation mode. Then it zooms the page instead of drawing the color that is selected, or (when uncheck "enable touch input...") simply doesn't draw or do anything. I swipe the iPad somewhere else to escape. My hand is not resting on the screen. This doesn't happen on other apps.
