I don't want to use DropBox or GDrive because I would have to share username and password so they can access the files.

Just checking what you mean.

Normally on any of these services, you share by sending people a link to the folder. They then use that link. If they already have the cloud service they use it without any problem, otherwise they need to register for the service. Dropbox and Google are free accounts, so it is a one time hassle of registering an account for your colleagues, but you never need to share your own account.

You can specify whether folder access has edit abilities or is read only.
