I'm wondering if this is caused by the CDN caching an old version of the installer. I have forcefully purged the CDN so that the current files will be provided. Can you check to see if this has resolved the issue for you? If so, I'll have to add an extra step to ensure the CDN purges the old files after uploading updates.
