Maybe a smaller but related UX thing here is that there's no way to quickly see a piece's "metadata" (Title, Setlists, all the rest of the information on the "edit fields" page) without deciding to "edit" it, which is a bit of a heavy handed navigation action (and I don't want to accidentally mess up any information, hence I don't want to go into edit mode), and seeing all this information doesn't necessarily require such a big page either. 

From both the "display piece" page (the page where rendering the single piece's sheet music"), and also in the library page, maybe at a UX level it can be solved by adding an icon in the piece's row somewhere to pop up a little popover showing the metadata, and with working links (as described in this thread's original post).
