If I made the popup read-only (and only allowed editing in the song editor), then it's not as bad to try to support this. I'd rather support navigating to other tabs on the library screen through this read-only popup. I don't want to support navigating from the song editor back to the library screen to view a particular group because that UI is not designed to be navigated away from without either saving or canceling the changes. That would require far too many changes and would introduce potential issues. One other problem this will introduce is if the user selects they want to navigate to a "Composer", but the composers tab is not enabled in the settings. I will have to add specific handling for this, then ask if the user wants to have the composers tab added, which requires a reload of all the tabs, then I'd have to navigate to the selected composer after the reload is complete. This will require many, many changes, so it's not something I can slip into a small update.
