I guess your old and your new laptop both are running the Windows operating system.

If you purchased your MobileSheets on the old laptop from the Microsoft store:
Simply logon to the Microsoft store on your new tablet, using the same user id.
This should make MobileSheets available for you on the new machine.

Don't forget to transfer your library from the old to the new machine, easiest way is probably via backup/restore.

Remark: It shouldn't make any difference if the two machines are on different versions of Windows (e.g. Win10 and Win11).
