MobileSheets should be already using the entire screen as the bounds for the image that is generated. I pass that width and height into abc2svg by dynamically modifying the abc content to set %%pagewidth and %%pageheight. I also dynamically insert %%pagescale to account for the display density of the screen. It places this %%pagescale after the X: line. If it detects that the first line is %%pagescale, it will multiply that pagescale value by the density of the screen. I also already write the left and right margins as the first two lines of the abc file, so if you place those after those lines, then it will just overwrite the margins that MobileSheets is trying to set (which is fine). I set the top and bottom margins after the X:, so you would have to place your top and bottom margins after the X: as well if you want them to overwrite the margins specified by MobileSheets. 

So I'm a little surprised you aren't seeing the ABC file take up the entire width of the screen. I'm also not sure what exactly you would want me to change, as it should already be generating images that matches the width of the screen.
