Thanks for checking in with me. There was an issue with the email getting archived accidentally, but I have your backup file and made a copy of the sync folder, so I should be able to look into this.

Now knowing that the song-ID field has to be unique, I just moved our "song numbers" from the two brass bands to the "year" field and left the song-ID field empty. So the song-ID can be used multiple times for different instruments or parts of the same song or same song-number in two different brass bands.

Maybe this information helps somebody who will have the same problem!
