Boox has a line of Android based E-readers that are 13.3" not 14". Mobilesheets makes a special version for E-readers that Mike sells on his own store front. Mike want to give one of them a whirl.
the Note Max is newer but it does not have a backlight. The Tab X is older but does have an adjustable backlight. I almost pulled the trigger on the Note Max but without the lighting it is a no go for me. Maybe next year Boox will get it right.
