The best thing to do would be to go to Settings->Storage, check "Expose Database", connect your tablet to your PC over USB, then use Windows File Explorer to copy the contents of /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.zubersoft.mobilesheetspro/files over to a safe folder on your PC. Copy mobilesheets.db first, as that file is the most important and has your entire library (minus the song files) in it. Then you can copy all the other files and folders next. If you changed Settings->Storage->Set the MobileSheets Storage Location, you would need to copy that folder as well. You can use Settings->Backup and Restore->Export Settings if you want to quickly generate a .mcf file containing all the application settings so you can quickly restore that as well (copy the .mcf file to your PC after generating it). You can leave the screen off while the files are being copied over to the PC which should help the battery last longer.

I have no idea if that is relevant at all for the problem you are having. Another person said this:
I've had this happen to a Tab before. What solved it for me was to plug the original cable and charger in, and whilst plugged in, go into Download Mode, just Google how to do this for your model. Once in Download Mode, press and hold the power button and volume down buttons and it should eventually restart, and with a bit of luck, resume charging
