Currently the top and bottom bars that appear when in annotation mode obscure whatever they cover (though I can still highlight under the top bar, so is good). I would like a way to un-obscure whatever is covered by the top or bottom bars -- either by temporarily dragging the bar somewhere else, or by scrolling the page up/down.
