The new missing files finder is worth its weight in gold!  In my case, it found 32 missing files in 31 directories!  Most of these, I would have been unlikely to find on a 'using regularly' basis, they would only have been identified at the last minute - by which time it would have been too late, of course.  

I noticed that it would also find missing audio files as well as music charts - that's also very useful.*

I'll spend some time this evening sorting out and replacing all the missing stuff and then make a new backup.  It will be interesting to see if anything goes missing after a restore.  Good practice would indicate that running the missing file finder, immediately following a restore, would be the best idea (maybe, this could be included as part of the restore command?).

* Not sure if this is of any significance, but I did notice that an audio file, reported as missing from one chart, was still working with another chart that the same audio file was linked to.  So, the file was present, just the pointer to it was absent/corrupted.
