Your Manhasset stand is probably pretty heavy duty.  So, it shouldn't be knocked over too easily (and if the tablet is velcro'd onto the stand, it should not be knocked off the stand).

Agreed, there's no reason why the OP can't use his existing stand.  I did much the same here - http://zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/forum/...p?tid=1672 - and saved some money into the bargain.
