Well, have a look in your Android settings. If your OS is now v6.01 (Marshmallow) or something with at least a 6, then you encountered the known SD card problem with the update.

Or just send Mike an email like he suggested. If it's not the update I have no idea what's wrong with your tablet and you have to provide more information.
