I'll write up an enhancement request to leave apostrophe's in the folder paths. I'm not going to make the change right now because there are a lot of different sections of code that all expect the folders to be formatted a certain way, and I don't want to inadvertently break functionality by making this change without allocating enough time for testing. After I finish the annotations redesign, I can look into changing this.
