For most of my setlists, I add a few blank pages, and write short notes for the songs on them.
It'd be awesome to have a 'global' copy/paste system. Being able to add annotations on one file (like write my notes on the actual songs), copy them from there, exit and go to a different file (my notes sheet), and paste what I copied.
