Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to modify the song for just one setlist. I do have a big update planned in the future that will add song versioning where you will be able to have multiple versions of a song and pick which version you want to use in each setlist. In the meantime, you would have to copy that song (long press on the songs tab->Copy Song), modify the page order in the copy and add the copy of the song to the setlist in place of the original.
