I responded to your email, but I'll also respond here. As listed in the faq (https://www.zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/faq.html):
I am unable to install MobileSheets off the Microsoft Store or get error 0x803F8001 when trying to run the application. How do I fix this?
You must log in to Windows 10 with the Microsoft account you used to purchase MobileSheets. This will fix the error.
Please give that a shot.
