Put them wherever and then import them into MobileSheetsPro. It will copy them to the location it wants to manage them from. The other option is to uncheck "Let MobileSheets Manage my Files" and manage your files/folders yourself. You can then have a designated audio folder you import from. There are some consequences to doing this (it can make some things more difficult), but the more advanced users like to do this.
