That would require a new display mode that I would have to implement. It's certainly possible to support that, but it would involve a lot of work.  The other thing you can do in the meantime is duplicate all of the pages in the page order (i.e. "1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4), and then crop the first instance of each page to the top and the second instance to the bottom. If you then use the two page display mode, it will look exactly like what you are describing.
