Set the Display Mode to "Vertical Scrolling" ( 4th icon from bottom left)
You can also play with the "Scroll Settings" (bottom left icon) but I don't think you need to do that as you are using a pedal to advance
If you have a stave near the top of the page, a large gap, and another stave at the bottom then you will need to double up the page. Then crop out the bottom stave on the first copy and crop out the first stave on the 2nd copy of the page.
