Can't open Mobile Sheets on new PC
I copied the program from the old PC to the new, but it won't open. Microsoft Store says I own it and it is installed, but the error code when it tries to open/install it is 0x803FB004.
If I go to the Windows Troubleshooting and look at the App, it has 0 bytes. I can't reset it or uninstall it. The uninstall error is 0x80073cfa.
So how can I reinstall MobileSheets properly?

Looking up information about error code 0x803FB004, I see this recommendation:

Method 1: Make sure the Date, Time, and Time Zone are correct.

Type Date and Time in the search bar and press Enter.
Click Change Date and Time.
Make sure that the date and time is set correctly.

Method 2: Clear the Windows Store cache.

Press Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type WSReset.exe and click OK.
Once done, the Windows Store will launch for you.

One user indicated they had to reset Windows 10 in order to fix the issue.  This post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...211ed758ab doesn't really provide helpful information beyond the recommendation to reinstall/repair Windows 10. 

You said you copied the program - how did you go about doing that? Did you mean you installed it normally through the Microsoft Store but then copied over the application data directory? Or did you use some other process to copy the application over?

I tried out all the tips and even spent four hours on the phone with Microsoft support, who were also unable to solve the Microsoft Store problem, even by remote assistance.
