The first thing we need to verify is whether MobileSheetsPro is actually successfully connected to your MIDI device. Please do the following:
1) Go to Settings->MIDI Settings->Configure MIDI Connections and change the dropdown to "Google"
2) If you see input and output ports, tap them and verify that you see "Connected" after doing so
If you do not see input/output ports listed, that means the USB connection between your keyboard and the tablet is not working. Normally, in order to connect to the micro-USB slot on a tablet, you need to have a micro-USB OTG adapter cable such as this one: https://www.monoprice.com/Product?p_id=9724. If you are connecting to a USB-C slot, then I don't believe any kind of OTG adapter is necessary. If you are using any kind of extension cables or converters between your keyboard and tablet, please let me know, as that can often be source of problems. I've had many users find that once they removed either extension cables or adapters, that things started working properly.
Best regards,
Mike
