The only code that was modified in the companion app related to importing was to handle changes to the msf file format with the new annotations functionality. The batch importing was not modified in any other way. I'll test the importing as well to see if I encounter any problems, but in theory, it should all be working as before.

I tested this and I'm seeing the issue too. So I will investigate this to see why it's no longer working.
