Could I potentially send (and have the laptop receive) midi program changes via bluetooth without any additional hardware (and without interfering with my bluetooth pedal).
Or do I need something like this?

(If so, would it connect to my tablet (would need convert to micro USB connection) or to my laptop (I would have to use a USB bus since I am running out of ports on laptop)
