MobileSheets is great!
I have been using a home-brew music display for over a year. It's based on a Raspberry Pi, a 16" monitor on its side, a USB pedal, and software I wrote myself. When I built it I wanted to use a tablet, but none were both large enough to display a page and affordable.
My brand-new Hannspree 13" tablet and MobileSheets is vastly superior, with better setup (no cables, just tablet and Bluetooth pedal), and better features (too numerous to mention).
I use only Macs, so I had to install VMWare Fusion and MobileSheetsCompanion in a virtual machine running Windows. I use this all the time at work so it's not a problem for me. A Mac version of the companion would be most welcome.
I have been using MobileSheetsFree for about two weeks. I just purchased MobileSheets and added 402 PDF songs to my library in about 15 minutes. It just worked.
I now have two displays for redundancy, and can kiss paper goodbye....
