Can we add to the forum guidelines to not use all-uppercase postings and/or thread titles?

I'm definitely supportive of that. Did you see forum guidelines somewhere though? I definitely didn't set that up anywhere...

I think there are only a few users that use all uppercase thread titles.
How about just contacting them directly and give them a little hint?
