I'm migrating from an older version of a Samsung galaxy to a new version. I backed up mobilesheets from the old and installed on the new. Everything seems to have transferred, however, the audio connected to several songs will not play. The audio file shows up in the track list, but it won't play using the player or using the transferred smart buttons. The tablet itself will play the track outside of mobilesheets. Been using mobilesheets for a couple years, and have done this type of updating from one tablet to another without this issue. Thanks for any suggestions!

You are the second user to report issues with playing back audio files after backing up/restoring or synchronizing. I will run some tests with this, but I have not seen this issue myself with the files I've tested recently. Can you verify that you checked the option to "Include Audio files" on the backup library dialog? Can you share the .msb file you created with mike@zubersoft.com?
