I just ran updates on my computer which updated it from Windows 11 Home 21H2 to 23H2. I also recently had some malware that Vipre cleaned up.

Now I am unable to connect my tablets to MobileSheets Companion. The tablet says it's waiting for a connection. I tried turning off wifi and turning it back on. I had been having problems doing batch imports before this happened--I would have to do them two or three times to get everything to transfer to the tablet. It would lose its connection to the computer (or vice versa).

My tablets are Androids. MobileSheets stays up to date automatically on all devices. What might be my problem? What should I try?

It sounds like it might be a firewall issue. Please go to Windows Firewall->Allow an app through Windows Firewall, and make sure public and private are checked for MobileSheets Companion. If that doesn't help, it may help to uninstall and reinstall the companion app. Also try rebooting your Android devices (this fixed this issue for one user) and also reboot your router.
