When importing a new document, I click on "Composer", which opens the "Select items" window with the list of composers present. I click, in this example, on "H" to jump to the composers whose names begin with H; the window resizes itself somehow, but it does not scroll to the H position in the list. For that I have to click on H a second time. This is a new bug, I believe, that has only been around for a couple months or so (if that long?).

Unfortunately the video was made using the previous release (3.8.16, I assume).

It looks like it has to do with the incorrect dialog sizing on that particular tablet. The second you tap a letter, the dialog changes to the correct size. I don't see that behavior on my Tab S4. but I'll check again on my Tab S8 Ultra.

This may be related to the same issue in your other post with the status bar/navigation bar being incorrectly hidden when the dialog is displayed. I've added some code so we can see if this is fixed in the next update.
