If a song has multiple tempos defined:

Load the song
Start the metronome 
Tap the screen area set to Go to next metronome tempo 

... The metronome stops... 

Is this intended behaviour? Seems less than useful

When the metronome is restarted, it runs at the new tempo

Something definitely sounds wrong there as it's not supposed to stop when you change tempos. I'll look into it.

I cannot reproduce what you have described. If I define multiple tempos in the metronome and trigger the touch action for "Go to next metronome tempo", it switches tempos and keeps playing like I would expect. I'm going to need you to go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Export Settings and send the .mcf file to mike@zubersoft.com so I can test with your settings.

I did not test this with the playback mode set to "Visual Only". If the playback mode is set to Audio only or Audio and Visual, then it works as expected. I'll get this bug fixed for the next update.
