Hi Fred,
Yes that is possible.
In the stamps window there is a 'user' tab ('gebr' in Dutch) select that. At the bottom of that tab of there is a '+' sign. Press it to add you own stamps.
Any supported image file type will do. If you want to make vector stamps, you can use a free program like Inkscape for that.
Most people being English speaking on this forum, you may get quicker/more responses when posting your question in English. Just a thought...
