Problem before updating: a piece that I've been annotating suddenly displayed only the annotations and not the music. After updating, that problem was fixed but a new problem happened: a setlist and some pieces within a collection vanished, not to be found in "recently deleted" on the iPad.

I copied the entire MobileSheets folder into a thumbdrive beforehand.

That is very strange - the latest updates did not change any code related to the database or handling of library information. If you go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Restore Automatic Database Backup, you can always roll back to an earlier version of the database if needed. I don't think this is a widespread issue, as no other user has reported it, but version 3.8.24 does resolve the isuse where some PDFs did not render correctly.
