I think I ran into some kind of bug in the android app.
The "move" option for some items sometimes overlaps with the symbol itself.
For instance, when putting an accent > through the stamp-menu, then selecting it, and selecting the "move"-button, the accent completely vanishes behind the move-menu.
That makes it very difficult to accurately move the symbol.

Would it be possible to review the positioning of the move-menu so that it never collides with the symbol to be moved?

Are you referring to the nudge popup? Just tap the pin icon to make it a floating window, then move it anywhere you want on the screen. It will only be displayed when you have actively selected an annotation, or when you are editing a text annotation.
