Despite reading the manual, watching a YouTube video (albeit about an older version), and searching through this forum, I'm still unable to locate the appropriate button or menu to add link points for repeats. Nevertheless, apart from this issue, I'm making good progress with the program!

Load a score, tap the center of the screen to bring up the song overlay, tap the icon at the bottom right that looks like a finger tapping a circle and tap the + icon in the window to create a new link point. If tapping the score turns the page, that means one of two things is happening:

1) Performance mode has been enabled. To disable performance mode, tap the lock icon in the floating toolbar at the bottom right corner of the library screen. This same toggle can be accessed by tapping the bottom right corner of the screen while a song is loaded to display the quick action box.
2) Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Overlay Toggle Mode was switched to something other than Single Tap
