I'm new to MS.
I tried sync my library from my iPad to iCloud. When I selected Sync Library/Synchronize to a cloud folder, it created one folder for each song. However, under Settings/Storage Options I have "Create Subdirectories for Songs" disabled, so why is this happening?
How can prevent it from creating a folder for each song in iCloud??

Any files and folders created under the sync folder are to be managed by MobileSheets and not touched/modified by the user. Separate subdirectories are created in the sync folder to help deal with potential conflicts when users with different libraries all sync to the same location (as some users could have subdirectories, some could not). This shouldn't really have any impact on users, as they shouldn't really be messing with the sync folder anyways.
