I've seen users report this in the past, and it usually comes down to either a firmware issue or OS issue. Basically, what is happening is that MobileSheets is using the "Raw drawing mode" feature provided by BOOX's library, and this makes it look like you are drawing without any latency. In reality, this is just a trick in the OS where it flips pixels to black wherever the stylus/pen is touching, and then it notifies the app under the covers about the points where the user touched the screen. In rare cases, like what you are experiencing, the tablet isn't reporting all of the touch coordinates to MobileSheets. It's only getting a subset of what you actually drew, so it processes that and the distorted drawing is what you see after. If you switch off "Stylus Mode" in the annotation settings, then it will draw much slower, but everything you draw will be correctly recorded and rendered. You can test this out to see what I mean.
How can this be fixed? My suggestion is to first backup your library under Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library, release your license under Settings->About->Deauthenticate License, then factory reset your device. Then you can reinstall MobileSheets, enter your license key, restore your library backup and test out the annotations again. Then you should hopefully no longer encounter any issues.

Hi Mike,
thanks a lot for your fast feedback. I will start trying working with Stylus Mode disabled because resetting everything takes time. I see it's slower but I will try.
Thanks again
