It would be nice to have Pedal Actions in the library view.

Ideas for actions could be:

- Scroll Up/Down Single Entry
- Page Up/Down
- Next/Previous Letter
- Switch Tab Left/Right
- Open marked Entry

Maybe others also Like the Idea and have more usecases?
