Mike, I use the ability of MS to have multiple copies of a page in a piece, all individually annotatable . This bring about a slight problem when in the annotation mode, which is, just which copy of page X am I currently working on ? 
Would it be possible to add a page number / number of pages to the right hand side of the navigation bar on that page please.

I can add that as something to investigate with version 3.10.0 which is going to be focused on the annotations editor.
