Change page numbering on Files>Page Ordering?
#1
I'm using MobileSheets 1.1.7 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9.

I must have (unintentionally) had some pages out of order when I uploaded the PDF, so I need to rearrange the page order to put them in the correct order.  I'm doing this on the "Files>Page Order" tab.

After I put them in the correct order, is there a way to tell MobileSheets to renumber the pages?  [For example, if I need to move p. 47 ahead of p. 33, can I ask it to rename the "old" p. 47 as "new" page 33?  Right now, it calls them p. 32, 47, 33, which is confusing.]

If not, could this be a future feature?

I appreciate any help you can provide!

If you go to Settings->About, does it really show Version 1.1.7? The current version is 3.8.43, so I really want to check that. The new page ordering UI gives you all sorts of options. You can tap the three dots at the top right corner of that UI and select "Update PDF with Current Page Order". It will then permanently rearrange the pages, and flatten it back to just 1-<max page>.

Sorry!  It says 3.8.43!  I got the other number off of the first page of the manual.

I ended up breaking the score (a 60-page symphony) into four movements because I just couldn't keep track of which pages needed to go where with that many pages.  That fixed the problem except for one movement.  I did as you suggested in that movement, which fixed it—thank you!

Sure thing - happy to help! I'm definitely going to have to do another pass through the manual and get it updated for 3.9.0.
