That's not the same book.  Note that the date on the one I posted is 1986; the one you posted is 1996.

The 1986 one says "compiled by Joel Whitburn" on the cover and is 337 pages.  The 1996 one says "This is the Ultimate Fake Bookk with over 1200 songs" and is 777 pages long.

To find out which one you have: the 1986 version has 337 pages, the 1996 version has 511 pages. And 1986 or 1996 is the last year of the "Decade Listing" on page 23.

The csv file attached to this post begins

It needs a little bit of fixing as some of the songs are spread over two pages, none of the CSV rows include this.
And the first page of songs AbrahamMartin anf John begins on page 24

Correct. 

I've fixed the csv, and also the original PDF, since the final pages were all messed up on that PDF.

The attached csv works well with my corrected PDF, if anyone's interested, please PM me.
