Sorry if this is a hardware issue as opposed to zubersoft, but after a few days of the free trial, the camera has not been given permissions, see attached (Lenovo Duet)

You can either wait for Google to approve the update today (it's still awaiting approval), or you can contact me at mike@zubersoft.com along with the email address used to purchase MobileSheets through Google Play and I'll help you install the latest update manually. Mike |
