Hi Mike

A couple of things I noticed in 3.9.0
 
On my iPad, when loading an abc type file score, and selecting the A letter in the title bar ....

1) When choosing 'set page size' the displayed dialog is a bit messed up, without any visible settings to change (see image)
2) I also notice I do not have the 'Text display settings'  option on iPad that I see in the Windows version of MS? Changing settings there (in the Windows version of MS) do not seem to cause any change though ? ...

Text display settings should not show up with an abc file, so I'll have to correct that in the Windows version. I'll get the page size dialog fixed in the iOS version as well.
