Comparing the output of MobileSheets 3.9.3 on Win10 with PDFs created with Sciurius' ChordPro reference implementation.

The left margin is not considered, {start_of_grid 3+4x4+1} at "Intro" creates the same width as {start_of_grid 7+4x4+1} at "Solo wie Vers"

To simplify reproducing my findings here's the PDF output of ChordPro 6.060 without user configs.
The only exception: I added

to create the red lines that mark margins, headspace and the like
