Remove page turn icon in edit?

The page turn icon is in the way in the bottom left when trying to take notes. Can we remove or move that in settings?

You can either tap the panning icon in the toolbar and move the page up/down/left/right as needed or tap the command bar icon in the toolbar which hides the smaller bar at the bottom left.
