Running MSC on windows (4.1.2) and chromebook (3.9.3). In the last release or so the backups to the PC have slowed down to a crawl. What used to take perhaps 30 seconds now take 45 minutes.

You may want to update to version 3.9.7 of MobileSheets. I did not make any significant changes to the underlying network communication for either the companion app or tablet app, so I have no idea why you are seeing a slowdown.
