I just updated the PC companion and now batch import is not working. The save button never is enabled on the dialog. I am using guess from filename (the default).

You have to select the folder that you want to batch import from first. Did you make sure to tap the folder icon and then select the folder you want to import from? I just want to verify this, as I believe that's the only thing that is needed for the OK button to be enabled.

The bug seems to be with dragging the folder from Finder. 'Start' remains disabled. However if I navigate to the folder after hitting the folder icon on the dialog, 'Start' gets enabled.
