I think I asked this once before, but when I sync as the server, I don't want to erase text and markings the clients have added to their songs on their own tablets.

I want to sync new songs and notations I have made on my server tablets.

I am looking at 3 different sync types - Update client, Update server (not sure what this is) and Two-way sync.

I check all the boxes underneath the sync type.

Not sure what I would select under Merge Behavior. I won't list them.

I have a new user and she has made lots of notations on her client tablet and I don't want to erase any of hers, only sync my own additions in additions to updating the songs that I add to what she has.

Set the sync type to "Update client" with your device as the server and change the merge behavior to "Only merge new songs and groups". This will ensure any existing song is not modified in any way during the sync.

Thank you Mike. Lovin' MSheets big time. iPad version means the others don't need my Android tablets. They have their own and my wife can have hers back.
