Hi,
I have done this in the past with no problem, but this used Samsung tab 6 lite with Android 13 just doesn't let me change the database location to the SD card.
I tried to find a solution from a Google search but nothing seems to match the option in the settings menu.
Any help will be appreciated,
Daniel

You cannot store the database on an SD card - I don't allow it. It causes way too many potential issues that could corrupt the library or cause other failures. If your storage location is on an SD card, the database will be stored under /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.zubersoft.mobilesheetspro/files. If you are just trying to have your song files stored on the SD card, you can go to Settings->Storage and tap "Set the MobileSheets Storage Location". Tap the SD card icon to use the OS-assigned folder or pick your own. The library will then be moved over to that SD card location.

OK,
I have used a backup from a windows computer to initialize my database, and all the songs are in Mobilesheets ok. However, when trying to modify files location, the SD card link doesn't work ; it's as if mobilesheets does not have the permissions to access it.

Did you grant the "All Files Access" permission? You can find that under your tablet settings->Apps, tap the three dots at the top right, then Special Access, then "All Files Access" and make sure it is toggled on for MobileSheets. Then MobileSheets should have no issues with accessing the SD card. Also make sure if you go to the tablet settings->Apps->MobileSheets->Permissions that the storage permission is listed as granted. Lastly, you can tap on the folder icon on the "Set the MobileSheets Storage Location", then tap on the SD card icon at the top and it should show any detected removable storage. If you tap the SD card in that popup, then navigate to a folder, you can pick any folder you'd like to store the library in.
